One of the only diseases that have to do with bones is osteoporosis. When you get older, you start to lose the minerals that make up your bones. Eventually, this loss of minerals will result in a disease called osteoporosis. Osteoporosis will make your bones weak, and they will break much easily. This disease can be prevented by regular weight baring activities, which make your bones stronger. Also eating lots of calcium rich food will help you prevent mineral loss.
